The Manager leads key workstreams across paid media, influencer and social, events and brand activations, and PR, ensuring cohesive and impactful brand storytelling. They help ideate and bring strategy to life, developing and presenting compelling brand decks with strategic, solutions-oriented thinking to drive business goals and brand equity.
This role reports to the Director and partners cross functionally with internal teams and licensing partners, serving as a strong point of integration across stakeholders. The Manager also oversees budget tracking in close partnership with the Director, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and clear and consistent communication.
Annual Salary Range: $110K to $120K
Location: NYC Office – hybrid (2/days remote)
Brand Strategy:
- Develops full year, 360 brand strategies and presentations, including decks and recaps
- Identifies consumer, cultural, and competitive trends, translating insights into actionable plans and first to market opportunities
- Ensures all initiatives align with brand positioning and business objectives
- Operates with agility, able to pivot quickly and take a hands-on approach to drive results
Content, Social & Digital:
- Partners with Global Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, licensing partners, and external vendors to develop content plans across organic and paid channels
- Manages social calendars across partners and agencies, ensuring timely, trend-relevant execution
- Supports campaign and product shoots—contributes to brief development, inspiration, and creative direction
- Tracks asset usage and monitors performance to inform optimization
Advertising & Paid Media:
- Supports day-to-day management of agency relationships, ensuring alignment to brand strategy and timelines
- Develops briefs and oversees trafficking of creative, copy, and retailer links
- Monitors performance across paid channels and recommends optimizations
- Supports paid media messaging and manages budget tracking
Public Relations & Events:
- Maintains and updates PR toolkits, including imagery and pitching materials
- Supports media relations by ensuring the PR team is pitching around key seasonal moments and that brands receive proper coverage
- Supports press days and other media-facing initiatives as part of daily PR activities
- Assists with event execution, including launches, activations, and partnerships
Influencer Marketing:
- Identifies and manages influencer partnerships aligned with brand strategy
- Partners with agency partners to ensure campaigns deliver against brand goals
- Oversees content approvals and campaign execution
- Leads seeding, gifting, and creative mailer programs
Day-to-Day / Operations:
Budget Management:
- Develops and maintains Ad/PR budgets in partnership with department leadership
- Tracks and reconciles expenses and billing, partnering proactively with Finance
Reporting & Presentations:
- Creates media and campaign decks for internal stakeholders, sales teams, and retailers
- Prepares campaign recaps, advertising plans, and budget documents
Brand Leadership & Collaboration:
- Drives the department’s brand image, ensuring all initiatives reflect and maintain global brand consistency
- Partners with international teams and distributor partners to align initiatives with global standards
Requirements / Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or a similar industry, with hands-on experience in advertising, PR, brand strategy, social media, influencer marketing, and events
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth
- Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer partnerships, and content strategy
- Experience working with agencies and internal teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives
- Skilled in media relations, press initiatives, and ensuring brand visibility across key moments
- Highly curious, agile, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Culturally sensitive, fun, and able to engage authentically with diverse audiences
- Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
