Manufacturing Excellence at Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd Co. will spearhead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality across the garment manufacturing process. The role involves developing and implementing best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning manufacturing strategies with organizational goals. The Manager will leverage lean manufacturing principles, data analytics, and innovation to drive performance improvements, optimize resources, and ensure sustainable operations.
Responsibilities:
Ability to understand the organization Vision and mission and work towards that in alignment with the ME perspective
Comprehend the complete value chain aligned with the customer to adopt and implement the digitalization concepts from the material flow and the information flow perspective.
Validating the algorithms during piloting, troubleshooting at various stages, keeping various scenarios into consideration.
Understand the business dynamics and to identify the projects, convert into actions and execute the same by involving the relevant stakeholders
Initiate Training on Technical aspects- Curriculum Preparation, Training, Review Mechanism across the cross functional team
Identify the projects which can minimize the cost from all resources by applying Lean tools and execute the project.
Provide end-to-end implementation support for digitization projects from a Manufacturing Excellence perspective across all departments.
Oversee the training and development of teams in manufacturing excellence techniques and methodologies
Monitor and report on manufacturing KPIs and provide recommendations for improvements
Use data-driven approaches (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualification:
Completed Engineering Degree from Mechanical | Textiles| Industrial Production or equivalent
Respect to Lean | Sigma | ISO | Lead auditor| Digitization| Automation| Equivalent job role handled would be an added advantage
Language Fluency: English, Hindi & Any other language would an advantage
15 plus years in the Apparel manufacturing industry, working in the defined/ similar JD mentioned above.
