Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Luxury Brand Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will be responsible for forging strategic alliances with premium luxury and lifestyle brands across various sectors, including retail stores , F&B outlets, nightlife venues, membership clubs, designer labels, boutique hotels, and bespoke itinerary providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with high-end luxury and lifestyle brands to enhance our service offerings and elevate our brand presence.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company’s objectives, focusing on increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue generation.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, serving as the primary point of contact for partnership-related inquiries and negotiations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute partnership initiatives, including exclusive events, promotional campaigns, and co-branded experiences.

• Lead negotiations of partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and favorable outcomes for both parties involved.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future collaborations and drive business growth.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments within the luxury sector to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of proven experience in brand partnerships, business development, or sales within the luxury industry, with a focus on retail, F&B, nightlife, hospitality, or related sectors.

• Strong network of contacts within the luxury and lifestyle industry, with a track record of successful partnership acquisitions.

• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.

• Creative thinker with a passion for luxury brands and experiences.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
