Create a solid business plan that enables your team to work together to maintain and achieve sales and service goals
Love technology – train and educate employees on tools that make the customer experience quick, easy, and fun
Rally the team to help maintain accurate inventory management
Be the teacher by training and educating employees on shrinkage and unit variance, as necessary
Effectively manage office and labor expenses
