Job DescriptionAs the Manager of Grow,you are a strategic player in the People Life Cycle team, ensuring the business relevance of all initiatives within your scope. You play a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous employee engagement, learning, and development within the organization. You are responsible for driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Grow strategy, which includes areas such as Learning & Development, Onboarding, and Offboarding. You lead a team of specialists, and through your solutions and business input, you ensure that every colleague is empowered to reach their full potential, thereby driving organizational success.

On top of this, your key responsibilities are:

Strategy & Governance: Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the “Grow” strategy and governance.

Grow Experience – People Life Cycle Development: Secure the strategic design and deliverables of Grow in cooperation with relevant teams, ensuring the HR mission of enabling people through a high-quality colleague experience.

Learning & Development Strategy: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, through strategic oversight in developing, implementing, and overseeing learning and development processes, methodologies and initiatives.

Learning Offer and Design: Secure the business relevance within the programs offered, with the final goal to enhance the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of employees and drive organizational performance and effectiveness.

Digital Enablement: Deliver seamless, efficient, and user-friendly experiences by strategically identifying, selecting, implementing, and optimizing the right technology solutions to enhance the Grow processes, programs, and initiatives.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for new hires, employees moving and departing roles, identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of onboarding and offboarding initiatives.

Qualifications

Are a strategic thinker in the field of Learning & Development with deep operational experience and an understanding of its impact on organizational objectives.

Possess strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Demonstrate solid experience in developing and implementing learning and development in a global organization.

Are adept at navigating successfully in a complex matrix organization.

Bring extensive experience in managing L&D strategy, budget, procurement, and compliance.

Are proficient in implementing and managing L&D technology platforms, from the fore front with AI Enablement tools to more traditional ones as LXP, LMS, and authoring tools.
