JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications:
– 3-5+ years of experience in apparel and accessories production or product development
– Diverse market experience across various apparel segments including men's, juniors, and children's wear
– Strong skills in cost negotiation with vendors and product engineering
– Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Textile Science, Fashion Design, or a related field (Preferred)
– Music merchandise production experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in executing merchandise needs for artist-specific e-commerce and touring campaigns
– Manage timelines and schedules across cross-functional teams
– Negotiate and cost-engineer products to meet retail targets and margins
– Assist in overseeing pre-production timelines and compliance with product specifications
– Assist with managing supplier relationships and product integrity throughout the development process.
