About the role
This is a full-time managerial position within the Personal Finance department of AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd, located in Kuala Lumpur. As the Manager, Personal Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's personal finance products and services, focusing on strategic planning, business development, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll be doing
- Assist Department Head in planning and executing Personal Financing product enhancement and new product development.
- Working closely with stakeholders and project team in delivering project completion.
- Perform all analysis, write-up and development of proposals, presentations, approval, workflow and polices for products.
- Analyze market performance; identity new area of business expansion.
- Assist in product campaign fulfilment.
- Ensure department and product comply to policies and compliance related requirement.
What we're looking for
- Possess at least Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 5 years in business development, products communication, and supervisory level.
- Possess good communication, creative, analytical, self-motivated, and reporting skill
- Full knowledge of marketing plans.
- Creative and innovative in designing new products / communication in line with latest information technologies.
- Details to statistics and preparing business proposal.
