About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Strategy with 8+ years of experience to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and strong execution capabilities to deliver measurable impact across a complex, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Transformation Program Leadership
- Lead and orchestrate a portfolio of transformation initiatives using Agile and Lean methodologies
- Drive high-velocity execution across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-impact delivery
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining alignment with business goals
- Executive Communication & Storytelling
- Build data-driven narratives and high-impact presentations for leadership
- Translate complex analytics and technical insights into clear business stories
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders
- Stakeholder Management & Influence
- Influence and align diverse stakeholders across functions without direct authority
- Drive accountability and maintain project momentum through proactive engagement
- Navigate competing priorities effectively
- Experimentation & Continuous Improvement
- Lead rapid build–measure–learn experimentation cycles
- Test hypotheses to improve retail conversion and performance metrics
- Embed a culture of continuous experimentation and innovation
- Digital Roadmap Execution
- Drive execution of the enterprise digital transformation roadmap
- Implement and scale emerging technologies such as:
- Advanced Demand Forecasting
- Computer Vision
- Generative AI
- Data & BI Enablement
- Oversee development and deployment of BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for business users
- Enable data-driven decision-making across teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Analytics, Consulting, or Program Management roles
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation initiatives
