We’re currently seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Managing Director for an E commerce fashion industry who will lead the organization and drive its strategic goals.
Requirements:
Knowledgeable about US/EU markets
Strong social media background
Well-versed in Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads
Capable of managing and training a young, inexperienced team
Able to continue improvements on budgets, forecasting, and financial statements
Skilled in handling PR crisis effectively
Capable of being the front and spokesperson for the company
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s business strategies to achieve the goals set by the Founder.
Provide strategic advice to the Founder to ensure a clear understanding of market dynamics and the company’s future prospects.
Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans, focusing on cost-effective operations and market development activities, to facilitate goal attainment.
Ensure effective communication and adherence to company policies and legal guidelines throughout the organization, from top management down.
Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with shareholders, business partners, and regulatory authorities.
Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures to ensure sound fiscal management.
Delegate responsibilities and provide guidance and motivation to executives, promoting maximum performance and teamwork.
Review all reports submitted by lower-ranking managers, recognizing performance achievements, addressing issues, and resolving problems promptly.
Serve as the public face and representative of the company, enhancing its public profile and fostering positive relations.
Analyze challenging situations and occurrences, offering effective solutions to ensure the company’s survival and sustainable growth.
