🧾 Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will assist in implementing continuous improvement strategies, support data-driven decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone passionate about lean manufacturing, automation, and process optimization in the apparel industry.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives
✅ Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for improvement projects
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute improvement plans
✅ Maintain accurate records of project progress and outcomes
✅ Participate in training programs and workshops on CI tools and methods
✅ Monitor KPIs and contribute to achieving operational targets
✅ Provide regular updates to the ME team and management
🎓 Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Fashion Technology, Textile, or related field
✅ 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing excellence or industrial engineering
✅ Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Good communication and teamwork abilities
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
✅ Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
