Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing and Communications Manager role based in Hong Kong SAR. The role is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing and communication strategies that strengthen Moschino’s brand presence across Asia including China. Day-to-day activities include managing press and media relations, preparing and distributing press releases, coordinating regional campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication touchpoints. The manager will work closely with global and regional teams, retail & wholesale partners, and agencies to plan events, activations, and content that support product launches and brand initiatives. The role also involves overseeing project timelines and budgets, monitoring performance indicators, and adapting strategies to local market needs while aligning with the global brand vision.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Experience in press releases and media relations, with the ability to manage PR activities and build positive relationships with press and influencers.
  • Proficiency in marketing communications and strategic communications, including developing and localizing brand campaigns for Asian markets.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Background in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industries is highly beneficial, with a strong understanding of brand positioning and storytelling.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment, with strong analytical skills and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
