Role Descriptions
- Assisting with campaign planning, coordinating promotional materials, and helping manage social media content and engaging with KOLs.
- Basic market research, gathers customer feedback, and helps track campaign performance to inform future initiatives.
- Responsibilities include supporting sales and customer service teams with marketing collateral, maintaining organized records of marketing assets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and customers.
- Ability to perform Market Research, gather insights, and summarize findings to support data-informed marketing decisions.
- Customer Service experience, with a focus on building positive relationships and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Interest in fashion, textiles, or lifestyle brands, with an appreciation for cultural and heritage-driven design.
- Proficiency in common office and marketing tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, social media platforms).
- Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. (Fresh grad are welcome!)
