Job DescriptionAs ourMarketing Assistant, you will be working to support the Marketing team with the day-to-day administration of marketing activity, including clerical tasks and reporting. You will be key in collaborating with the wider business through briefing, development and implement of localised promotions, trade growth initiatives and fashion led communications.

The Details

Support the delivery of marketing communications relevant to the customers in market, including testing to ensure the most optimum customer experience.

Work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to deliver localised omni-channel promotional activity including but not limited to: producing terms and conditions, code testing, asset management and ensuring all content is created and delivered to brief.

Weekly discount code creation, optimisation and management.

Become a brand guardian, responsible for distributing the most recent marketing materials to wider stakeholders while completing regular brand health checks.

Support the Global Marketing Manager in briefing campaigns, from creating and owning asset lists, to post campaign analysis and reporting.

Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

Be the eyes and ears across our competitor landscape, key cultural moments and trends. From producing weekly competitor reports to scoping out the latest brand pop-up’s, you’ll be responsible for keeping the wider team up to date on what’s trending.

Qualifications

About You

High organisational skills, able to use initiative and to work in a fast-paced environment.

Keen attention to detail.

University-level education in Marketing, Communication, or Business preferred but not essential.

Tech savvy, proficient with using Microsoft applications, and comfortable with online digital tools.

Flexible, self-motivated and enthusiastic.

An interest in fashion, trends and pop culture our 20-something audience love.

And passion for the ASOS brand.
