We are looking for aMarketing Coordinatorto join our team in ourHead Office in Richmond.

JOB PURPOSE

To support the delivery of both short and long term marketing plans and activations in line with the overall business objectives. Assisting across all channels from in store marketing, emails, direct mail social and PR.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Working with the Marketing Manager to create campaign plans and execute against them ensuring they deliver Jigsaw’s short and long-term marketing strategy, you be working across all channels both B2B & B2C.

•Support the Retail team and individual stores with marketing communications, store openings and community events as and when appropriate.

•Work closely with the wider marketing team to support with the delivery of campaign assets.

•Support with the planning, delivery and execution of the Jigsaw Art Foundation initiatives

•Day to day contact for PR agency for all press loans and gifting opportunities

•Support on campaign & content shoots as and when appropriate

•Develop new and exciting marketing initiatives and content opportunities for the business, running your own projects as well as supporting the Marketing Manager on bigger projects.

•Ensure all Marketing communications are on-brand and in line with brand guidelines.

•Ensure campaign assets are delivered to 3rd parties as and when required.

•Work with the Marketing Manager to develop & manage a partnership marketing strategy.

•Support with Social Media scheduling and engagement as and when required.

•Administrative tasks such as assisting with purchase orders, invoicing, product requests and internal reports and tracking marketing spend.

•You will assist with the international development and strategy of marketing initiatives for any store openings overseas as and when appropriate.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• 2-3 years Marketing experience within a fashion retail environment

• Curious thinking with the ability to challenge the status quo.

• Creativity to support with the development of effective strategies and campaigns.

• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• The ability to develop and communicate briefs effectively.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally.

• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills at all levels.

• Strong analytical skills/numeracy, with the ability to analyse data and provided detailed reports.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically excel.
