As a member of the UK & Ireland Executive Committee, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business across one of its most important markets. Leading the Marketing & Communications function, you will translate global strategy into impactful local execution, driving brand desirability, commercial performance, and meaningful client engagement across every touchpoint.

The Role
• Develop and execute the UK & Ireland Marketing & Communications strategy aligned with global and regional objectives
• Lead integrated 360° campaigns across PR, media, digital, partnerships, events and client activations
• Drive brand equity, awareness and commercial performance across multiple product categories
• Manage significant marketing investment with a strong focus on ROI and measurable business impact
• Lead high-profile launches and market initiatives across retail and wholesale channels
• Partner closely with Executive leadership across the UK and Europe to shape business strategy
• Inspire, develop and lead a high-performing Marketing & Communications team
• Play a key role within the Executive Committee, influencing strategic decisions and supporting the business through an exciting period of transformation
Requirements
• Significant senior Marketing & Communications leadership experience within luxury or premium consumer brands
• Strong commercial mindset with experience managing substantial budgets and delivering measurable ROI
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience operating within complex international organisations
• Luxury jewellery experience is advantageous, although exceptional candidates from luxury fashion, watches or comparable sectors will also be considered
• An authentic brand ambassador with the gravitas to represent a prestigious international luxury business
• International travel across Europe
