Your mission
Your main job will be to develop the brand identity through the creation of assets, the definition of communication guidelines and by taking care of social media. You will be part of a young start-up environment, directly reporting to the founders and at the same time having a strong force of proposition and freedom.
– You willdevelop marketing materialfor commercial and technical support (brochure, sampling, scenography…) create your plan of action and have full ownership.
– You are anatural born communicator, you have an innate talent for connecting with people and you quickly understand how to effectively communicate NOOSA’s value proposition to a very diverse audience of potential users throughSocial Media and our website (SEO…)
-Find opportunities for improvementin all activities you do bybeing data driven,keep an eye on competition, test new initiatives and show they work efficiently.
-Project Management:follow some projects from A to Z and collaborate with each department of the company.

-Take initiatives: we are building a truly global business at NOOSA but we are still just a startup. Things are messy here and we are looking for individuals willing to roll up their sleeves, who can prioritise and get things done in such an environment.
-Curiosity: interest for the textile industry and curiosity to learn everything about it.
-You are adaptable:and you can put yourself in the shoes of a large workwear group but also a carpet manufacturer as well as a niche fashion designer.
– Fluent inEnglishandone additional language!
– You are currently studying or recently finished a Master or Bachelor in business, marketing, communication or advertising
– You have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an eye for design and attention to details.
