To cope with business growth, we are currently looking for high calibre with creative mind-set to join us.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Communications

Liaison with internal and external parties on media assets preparation and delivery.

Maintain PR library and media database, liaison with PR agencies.

Coordinate with retail teams to ensure the smooth execution of sample/product loans.

Prepare various PR and communications reports.

Marketing

Support corporate & CRM gifts production, distribution, and inventory management.

Assist with marketing materials design and production (brand product catalogues, DMs, greeting cards, invitations, stationary…).

Assist in Stores campaign lightbox changeover planning and production.

Liaison with shopping mall landlords for possible in-mall visibilities, collaborations and promotions.

Support new collections and happenings eDMs / SMS brief in and blasting.

Participate in in-store and offsite marketing initiatives development and execution: VIP events, workshop animations.

Admin

Track invoice and payment records.

Conduct market research and compilation of monthly and annual reports.

Assist in any ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design or business with interests in Luxury/Fashion industry.

Relevant experience in luxury retail or marketing is a plus.

Motivated and organized with attention to detail, comfortable with multi-tasking and fast-pacing environment.

Proactive and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
