ABOUT THE JOB

BYREDO is looking for a highly organized and skilled Marketing Content Manager to join our dynamic Creative Studio located in Södermalm, Stockholm. The role is a temporary position covering a maternity leave starting end of May/beginning of June until approx. March 2025.

As a Marketing Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating large-scale rollouts and managing content flows at a high level, ensuring the successful execution from content brief planning to final asset delivery and communication execution. You will be responsible for keeping ongoing marketing plans and calendars up to date while collaborating with internal stakeholders to make sure all plans align with brand and business goals. You will also lead content planning related to product, E-commerce, and CRM, ensuring an ongoing supply of content to support all needs. Working closely with all internal stakeholders to translate their objectives into content briefs. In this role, you are placed between creativity and strategy, making the understanding and equal sensibility for both crucial for this role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Serve as an internal advisor and strategic partner to stakeholders across the business, supporting the development of content briefs, related to campaigns, or other brand activations.

Handling non-launch projects and campaigns. Working closely with eCommerce and Communications teams to translate their objectives into creative content briefs.

Own alignment of calendars and topics weekly based on marketing, brand, and business needs.

Assist in coordinating the marketing plan for all channels globally across teams.

Create all rollouts for all launch and non-launch projects and campaigns. Covering tier 1 to smaller tier projects and beyond.

Platforms covered in rollouts included but not limited to: Eastern and Western social media, Ecom channels, newsletters, in-store, out of home, training, and acquisition.

Aligning and following up on all touchpoints in the rollout process. Supporting the development of specific content or activations requiring brand alignment.
