Also stocked in David Jones, Anthropologie, Victoria’s Secret, Nordstrom and Saks, as well as an expanding retail footprint with its own six stores, Papinelle continues to rapidly grow year on year.

As we continue to expand we are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager and Brand & Creative Manager across our fast-paced, multi-channel marketing function.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-3+ years of experience in marketing or ecommerce, who thrives in a creative, detail-driven environment with frequent product launches, digital campaigns, and photoshoots. You’ll play a key role in supporting paid media execution, onsite merchandising, and brand campaign delivery.

You will work closely with the Digital & Ecommerce team on paid media and website support, and with the Brand & Creative team on shoot preparation, sample coordination, and campaign execution. This is a hands-on role with exposure across performance marketing, ecommerce, and brand.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Advertising Support

Support the execution of weekly and monthly paid media campaigns across Meta and Google:

  • Create and maintain accurate product ID and SKU lists to support paid media execution
  • Update product lists for launches, new arrivals, and seasonal priorities, with a strong eye for detail and conversion
  • Support the Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager in briefing monthly ads, including data input and ownership of briefing documents
  • Ensure all ad details are inputted correctly and kept up to date
  • Assist in reviewing ads pre- and post-launch to ensure accuracy, correct linking, and brand alignment



Ecommerce Support

Support day-to-day ecommerce execution across our Shopify stores:

  • Assist with onsite merchandising across key collections and landing pages
  • Support product enrichment tasks in Shopify, including:
  • Creating and maintaining product recommendations
  • Assisting with product descriptions and content updates
  • Help ensure onsite product presentation is accurate, consistent, and conversion-focused

Brand & Creative Support 

Support the Brand & Creative Manager across campaign and shoot execution:

  • Assist with sample gathering and organisation for photoshoots and campaigns.
  • Support shoot list preparation.
  • Assist on shoots as required, ensuring smooth execution and attention to detail.
  • Help organise and handover assets post-shoot.
  • Update the Marketing Spend tracker.

About You

  • Experienced: 1–3+ years in a marketing, ecommerce, or coordinator role
  • Highly organised: Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Detail-driven: You care deeply about accuracy, consistency, and presentation
  • Digitally confident: Familiar with Shopify, spreadsheets, and digital marketing platforms
  • Proactive & reliable: You take ownership, anticipate needs, and follow through
  • A strong communicator: Comfortable working across creative, digital, and external teams
