seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Director who specializes in performance
marketing to join our growing team and take our marketing efforts to the next level.
Responsibility: Includes, but not limited to-
· Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy aligned
with the company’s overall business objectives.
· Oversee all aspects of marketing, including Meta and Google ads,
branding, content, SEO, SEM, email, SMS, influencer marketing, and public
relations.
· Lead and manage both our internal marketing team and external
agencies, providing clear direction, motivation, and performance feedback.
· Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies and identify
opportunities to leverage them for the company’s benefit.
· Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI is
achieved for all marketing initiatives.
· Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to measure success and
identify areas for improvement.
· Partner with other departments, such as product, sales, and merchandising, to
ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and support overall business goals.
· Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications: · 10+ years of experience in ecommerce, preferably with fashion, beauty or accessories industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. · Proven track record of success in driving growth and achieving marketing objectives in an ecommerce environment. · Strong understanding of fashion trends, the target audience, and the competitive landscape. · Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. · Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. · Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools. · Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape. · Proven success in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. · Strong content marketing skills.
