To reinforce our team, based in Bienne, we are looking for a:

Marketing & Events Trainee (3 months – 100%)

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a dynamic and motivatedMarketing and Events Traineeto join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, working on the organization of a corporate international event.

JOB RESPONSABILITIES / ROLES

EVENTS – around 70%

Support in organizing corporate event in Switzerland.

Manage the invitation process, including sending out invitations and tracking responses.

Coordinate hotel reservations and restaurant bookings.

Support logistics coordination, including transportation, audiovisual equipment, and signage.

Organizing the dispatch of materials for the event.

Provide on-site support during the event.

MARKETING – around 30%

Follow-up on delivery of seasonal assets from the global team.

Maintain brands seasonal content database and ensure their proper utilization across all channels.

Support the department in preparing various marketing reports.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Required education:

Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Hospitality or Business Administration.

Required knowledge:

Proficient in English and French.

Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) is a plus.

Required competencies:

Rigorous, organized and ability to set priorities.

Autonomous.

Positive and can-do attitude.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
