The roleReporting directly to the HQ Brand Marketing Manager, you will support in developing and executing global campaign and influencer strategies to elevate Love, Bonito’s total brand awareness and love, increase product visibility, and drive sales growth. You will work closely with HQ marketing functions to initiate influencer campaigns and strategic partnerships to support and amplify overall campaigns strategy. This role will be integral in ensuring the success of Influencer marketing operations, collaborating closely with Love, Bonito’s key markets (SG, HK, US, PH, ID, MY) and HQ cross-functional teams to develop operational efficiency and scalability. You will analyse, report, and optimise influencer channel performance to ensure overall business goals are attained.

Main Responsibilities
Strategy Development
Support in designing and steering Love, Bonito’s global campaigns & influencer strategy
Identify, manage, and build long-term relationships with key global influencers & partnerships
Support in planning and executing global influencer marketing levers such as seeding kits and influencer event toolkits
Ensure alignment of country influencer strategies, activations, and profiles to global direction and brand alignment
Monitor influencer performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization and improvement.
Support in managing global influencer marketing budget efficiently
Stay abreast of influencer marketing trends
Managing Workflows
Collaborate with country marketing teams and HQ cross-functional teams to build and optimise operational workflows
