Our Client:
Our Client is a prestige beauty company that originated in New York. We seek a Regional Marketing Executive (Two Years Contract -Renewable/ Convertible) to join the dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
Manage product data updates, digital asset organization, and compile sales reports and category analyses for management review.
Digital Site Coordination
Support the launch and maintenance of new and existing e-commerce and boutique sites, coordinate online initiatives, and collaborate on digital storytelling to enhance brand engagement.
Marketing Operations Support
Assist in the planning and execution of retail marketing events, coordinate production of marketing materials, and support budgeting, spending analysis, and ROI tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with internal teams, translation agencies, regional representatives, and suppliers to ensure smooth marketing and digital operations.
Project Management
Coordinate sample and collateral deliveries across markets, assist in organizing sales cycle meetings, and manage timelines for creative asset submissions.
Competitor Monitoring & Insights
Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence to refine strategies and maximize market presence.
Job Requirements
Min 1 year of working experience in marketing/digital/communications.
Beauty/Fashion/ FMCG experience is a plus.
Ability to engage effectively and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office namely Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent in Chinese language – verbal and written
