About The Role

As a Marketing Executive at PANDA EYES, you will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing activities. You will work closely with the sales and livestream team to develop and execute marketing strategies, analyze market trends and customer preferences, to promote our brand and products. You will be accountable and responsible for the execution of plans for marketing and strategies including E-commerce platform such as TikTok and Shopee.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Strategies:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.

Identify target audiences and devise effective strategies to reach and engage them.

Manage Social Media Campaigns:

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, and proactively engage with followers to foster community engagement.

Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.

Execute E-commerce Platform Campaigns:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and our own website.

Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

Monitor campaign performance, track sales data, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Content Creation:

Develop compelling content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional materials, to support marketing campaigns.

Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on marketing activities, campaign performance, and upcoming initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

Proven 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing field with a focus on the fashion industry preferred.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making.

Proven ability in stakeholder management skills and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with marketing tools and E-commerce platforms.

Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Able to adapt to fast paced environments and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
