WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
SFC is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking marketing professional who is passionate about creativity, digital innovation, and making a positive impact on the fashion industry. We are seeking someone with a strong appetite for learning, a collaborative mindset, and the drive to bring fresh ideas that elevate our brand and engage our community.
Reporting to the Head/ Manager of Marketing, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising integrated marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
- Manage and optimise SFC’s digital presence, including the corporate website, landing pages, social media platforms, and digital touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
- Assist in implementing Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies to improve online visibility and search performance.
- Develop, curate, and maintain a comprehensive digital content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and business priorities.
- Create compelling, audience-focused content for social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital platforms that reflects SFC’s brand voice and storytelling.
- Design and produce creative marketing assets using Indesign, Canva and other design tools, including social media graphics, EDMs, e-newsletters, digital advertisements, presentations, and the Annual Report.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and digital channels, including website traffic, social media engagement, conversions, and campaign ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports, identify emerging trends, and recommend data-driven strategies to support business objectives.
- Coordinate with PR agencies to monitor, archive, and maintain media coverage and publicity reports.
- Manage enquiries received through the marketing mailbox and coordinate timely follow-up with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of events, partnerships, brand activations, and other marketing initiatives as required.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, AI-powered marketing tools, emerging technologies, and fashion industry developments to continuously introduce innovative ideas and best practices.
- Support ad hoc marketing projects, as and when needed.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or a Diploma in Graphic Design with relevant experience in digital marketing and content creation.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, content marketing, integrated marketing communications, or creative design.
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns, CRM platforms, social media channels, and content marketing initiatives.
- Good understanding of website content management systems (CMS), user experience principles, and digital marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite).
- Knowledge and practical experience in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO); exposure to Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with the ability to create visually compelling digital and print marketing collateral.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Creative, resourceful, and proactive with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for continuous learning.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise competing deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
