Role Description
As the Marketing Lead, you will serve as a key driver for Harrir’s growth by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Core responsibilities include conducting market research to understand customer preferences, creating data-driven marketing strategies, and leading campaigns to promote products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze marketing performance and refine strategies to meet business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baghdad.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with both internal teams and customers effectively.
- Proficiency in Market Research to understand consumer trends and preferences, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Experience in Marketing Strategy and Sales to craft and deploy impactful campaigns that drive revenue generation.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans aimed at business scaling and achieving key performance indicators.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, with prior leadership experience in marketing roles.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, with an understanding of the local Iraqi market being a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
