Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baghdad for a Marketing Lead. The Marketing Lead will oversee the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Harrir’s services and engage customers. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing marketing plans, leading campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, fostering customer relationships, and enhancing brand presence. The individual will also collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to drive business growth and improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders and address customer needs with empathy and efficiency.
- Proficient in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to develop well-informed campaigns and market insights tailored to local and global trends.
- Experience in Sales and the ability to align marketing efforts with revenue and business growth objectives.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to execute data-driven strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the fashion, e-commerce, or retail industries is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English for effective communication with a bilingual target market.
