Key Responsibilities:Category Management
Support Senior Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies to drive long term category growth and sustain category leadership in the luxury beauty market.
Drive campaign orchestration to uphold brand equity and support product launches to reach annual category business goals.
Collaborate strongly with Retail Marketing, CRM and Omni-channel team to maximize the business potentials across 3 categories and all client touchpoints.
Manage marketing expenses to drive maximum benefits to the brand.
Propose PR / media directions with solid KPIs to Communication team. Collaborate strongly with Communication team to drive maximum visibility and buzz in multi-channel media.
Mobilize and collaborate well with other departments in both local and regional offices (Retail, VM, Learning, Communications, Forecasting, Finance, Logistics, etc.).
Facilitate the sales forecast process from prior to during launches/SPM/samples management and assist to enhance forecast accuracy.
Embrace One House mindset and explore collaboration opportunities with Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewellery.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to obtain market and consumer insights, monitor competitors’ promotional activities and performance.
Define metrics to evaluate the performance of the fragrance category
Construct in-depth sales analysis and propose areas of improvement for the category development.
Campaign Orchestration
Plan and update the Marketing Calendar according to global/regional directions and local priorities
Lead the development & UAT of campaign sites, brand websites & client communications
Manage internal product systems to ensure timely and accurate updates of product information
Prepare campaign and retail memo to frontline team to ensure smooth and effective execution of marketing programs
Collect 360 feedback on campaigns for continuous improvement; compile campaign reports and track KPIs to improve product/franchise performance
Client Events & Services
Partnering with Retail Marketing Team to initiate, manage and coordinate the client journey, to engage, recruit and retain right clients for the Fragrance category through appropriate fragrance experiences
Initiate campaign briefs and manage the projects with internal Agency & IT Team on event website development, data extraction, event orchestration, UAT & project roll-out
Academic / Professional Qualifications
Degree qualification in business/marketing related disciplines
Work Experience
7-8 years of marketing experience
Experience in luxury retail/beauty industry is preferred
Required Competencies
Detail-minded, innovative, passionate, and result-oriented
Strong data-analysis skills, project management and time management skills
Able to work independently to prioritize on works, multi-task and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
