Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Manager who thrives in developing and launching impactful marketing campaigns. This is a full-time remote position, with 6 working days per week.
The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with clients, capable of independently driving campaign strategies, and enthusiastic about marketing innovation. You’ll be responsible for overseeing digital marketing efforts, conducting market research, analyzing performance data, and ensuring brand consistency across channels.
Compensation:
Base salary: 750 JOD per month
Additional retention bonus after probation: 250 JOD
Qualifications
Passion for marketing and creative campaign development
Strong knowledge of Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Management
Experience with Digital Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong market research and data analysis capabilities
Project management and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in a marketing management role
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the creative or digital agency industry is a plus
