YOUR TALENT

Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Fashion Merchandising or other design related field

3+ experience in Project Management preferably with a sport or luxury fashion and accessories brand.

Ability to understand floor plans and design work.

Expert project management and organization/prioritization skillset.

Expert level understanding of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).

Advanced level understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign) with ability to resize images for print production.

Knowledge of 3D modeling software (3D design, Auto CAD & Sketch up) a plus.

Proven cross-functional communication skills and seen as a team player.

Ability to travel up to 25 – 30% of the time (weekends or overnight works might be required)

Ability to climb up and down ladders, frequently lifting merchandise/fixtures up to 20 pounds, and occasionally lifting merchandise/fixtures up to 40 pounds.

YOUR MISSION

This position will manage the creative content and overall production of creative refreshes for our flagship store in New York City, as well as our 100+ retail outlet stores across the country. This role will be responsible for managing the creative calendar and working with our internal teams as well as agency partner(s) to deliver innovative in-store displays and maintain the creative and overall aesthetic throughout the entire store that supports business revenue goals – staying abreast of all product launches and key seasonal initiatives.

Manage the design development, production, and execution of all PUMA related brand experience concepts, spaces and properties in assigned wholesale distribution channels (i.e. National Footwear, Family Channel, Performance Run/Soccer, Sporting Goods) as well as owned-and operated factory outlet stores through partnership with cross functional multi-channel partners as it relates to asset development, delivery, update, and removal.

Support the entire Marketing Brand Experience & Design team and other cross functional instore experience stakeholders to ensure flawless, best-in-class execution and maintenance at all points of consumer interaction.

Manage day-to-day relationships with internal creative agency (ICA), account marketing partners, and production agencies in order to execute projects pre-and-post production.

Develop and manage maintenance and refresh schedules for all graphic and brand experience elements needed within assigned wholesale accounts, coordinate with retailers, marketing partners and external agencies in order to execute, from brief to installation.

Managing the technical rendering (a.k.a. mocking up) of existing (or if needed, modification of) creative assets to fit a variety of consumer experience environments for sell-in and sell-through application.

All other ad-hoc projects as requested or assigned.
