Mode Search is proudly partnered with an established luxury jewellery brand in their search for a Marketing Manager to lead its brand growth, client engagement, and digital strategy.

This role offers hybrid work with 3-4 days from their West London office.

With a strong presence across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the brand’s future and strengthening its market position. The role spans marketing & digital marketing, including social media engagement and PR with the support of external agencies.

Reporting directly to Founder / Creative Director.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a results-driven marketing strategy aligned with the brand’s vision.

Manage the annual marketing calendar, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and product launches.

Strengthen brand storytelling and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and increase brand visibility.

Oversee digital marketing, including social media, email, and e-commerce, to optimise performance and conversion.

Identify growth opportunities across digital, retail, and wholesale platforms.

Implement customer retention initiatives, including loyalty programs and personalised marketing.

Manage PR efforts, external agencies, and in-store experiences to enhance brand presence.

Plan and execute key brand events, including product launches and press previews.

Lead and mentor junior marketing team members while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Analyse marketing performance and provide insights to refine strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements

Experience in a marketing role, ideally within luxury, fine jewellery, or fashion.

Strong digital marketing expertise, including CRM tools (Klaviyo), SEO, and Shopify.

Excellent content creation and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and brand aesthetics.

Experience leading multi-channel campaigns, including digital, retail, and print.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.

Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience managing teams and agencies.

Previous experience in PR, events, and customer engagement strategies.

Passion for luxury, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling.
