attention to detail. Our pieces find their way to women who know what they want — and who
see fashion as a form of expression.
We’re building with care, vision, and a small, dedicated team. The brand is growing. The
community is growing. We’re doing it steadily, organically, and with focus. Not with one big
TikTok explosion, but with intention.
To support that growth digitally, we’re looking for a Marketing & Operations
Coordinator — someone who brings structure where it’s needed, adapts where it’s smart,
and knows how to bring calm in a world full of tabs.
What you’ll do:
• Marketing (including e-commerce):
Manage our Shopify store, support digital campaigns and content planning, grow our
online presence across email and social, and keep performance on track
• Operations:
Coordinate orders, shipping & stock — making sure everything runs on time and with
care
• Admin support:
Handle invoices, scheduling, inboxes and day-to-day follow-up
• Structure & optimisation:
Help streamline processes, bring clarity, and spot ways we can work smarter
You are:
• Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Interested in both strategy and hands-on work
• Familiar with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads — or eager to
learn
• A clear communicator, fluent in Dutch & English
• Someone who sees details, but also the bigger picture
• You have a feel for branding, detail, and efficiency
• You love fashion, but keep both feet on the ground
• Stylishly grounded — and not easily stressed out by 32 open browser tabs
