What We Expect:

  • Product Development Timeliness per SKU – You’ll ensure that product development projects are executed promptly, meeting our target of 90% on-time completion per SKU. This will involve close collaboration with R&D, sourcing, and supply chain to keep each phase of development on schedule.

  • Time to Market – Speed is essential in bringing new products to consumers. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing projects to launch within a 6-month timeframe, coordinating effectively across departments to maintain momentum from concept to commercialization.

  • Launch Readiness Accuracy – Achieving 90% accuracy in launch readiness is a critical measure of success. You’ll ensure all marketing materials, inventory, and sales training are fully prepared and aligned with launch objectives, facilitating a smooth and impactful product introduction.

You Should Have:

  • Graduate of Business Management/Marketing – or experience in internship for marketing/management
  • Work Experience at least 1-2 years in the same or similar role.
  • Experience and/or exposed/part of a team for NPD Launches at least 1-2, which includes experience in campaign creation, product launches and product marketing
