Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our Carousell Luxury team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pre-loved luxury industry, a keen eye for trends, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. The candidate will work & help to market brands such as Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Dior & many more.

Key Responsibilities:

Media Strategy Development, Implementation and Optimization

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Lead and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, event and traditional media.

Oversee content creation and calendar, including photo shoots, videos, and written materials, ensuring they are within our brand guidelines and tone of voice

Analyse campaign performance and generate reports to measure ROI and optimise future marketing efforts.

Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

Collaborate with the other teams, such as design and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product launches and seasonal collections.

Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners.

Work closely with internal teams not limited to merchandising, operations & centralised marketing team to ensure that deadlines are met.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role within the fashion or luxury industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.

Experience in managing content on Shopify-based websites and HTML knowledge will be an advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.

Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the luxury market.
