Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable growth plans, identifying market opportunities, and aligning marketing efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital channels
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
- Define target audiences and customer journey mapping
- Plan and oversee paid media strategies (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Collaborate with content, creative, and performance teams
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
- Build marketing funnels and growth frameworks
- Manage budgets and forecast performance
- Present reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy or digital marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and funnel building
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce or fashion industry
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Familiarity with automation tools and CRM systems
