We’re looking for a E-commerce Executive to oversee our e-commerce operations on Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, and Meesho for Men fast fashion brand. The ideal candidate will have expertise in listing, inventory management, campaign optimization, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Management: Manage product listings, inventory, and orders on Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, and Meesho.
2. Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts, overstocking, and reduce inventory costs.
3. Campaign Optimization: Run results-oriented campaigns on Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho to drive sales and revenue growth.
4. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, trends, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
5. Account Management: Reconcile accounts, manage returns, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
6. Rating and Review Management: Monitor and improve ratings and reviews across all platforms.
7. Ticket Raising System: Raise and resolve tickets with platforms in a timely manner.
8. Excel Proficiency: Utilize Excel to analyze data, create reports, and optimize operations.
