We are excited to invite a Massage Therapist to become part of our welcoming team, with opportunities available for both part‑time and full‑time positions.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least an NVQ Level 2 in massage therapy or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum of two years of in‑salon or spa experience
- Excellent communication abilities and customer service skills
- Skilled in a range of massage techniques, such as aromatherapy, deep tissue, and Swedish
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in lymphatic drainage, Swedish and deep tissue techniques
- Reflexology, sports, pregnancy massage expertise is valued
- Comfortable delivering services to clients of any gender
- Exhibits professionalism, confidence, and dependability
- Strong commitment to high‑quality treatments and exceptional client communication skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients and responding to their needs
- Engage in clear communication with clients to grasp their preferences and offer personalised suggestions
- Utilise time management skills to guarantee that all appointments proceed seamlessly and punctually
- Keep a tidy and well‑organised workspace, in compliance with spa standards
- Accountable for precisely recording client progress and treatment plans, while also keeping up‑to‑date with the newest massage techniques and industry developments to improve our service offerings
- Maintain a mature and adaptable personality
