With Lush’s return to Covent Garden in August 2024, we are looking for enthusiastic Spa Therapists to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform Lush Spa Treatments following set routines and standards
- Represent the Lush Spa on the shop floor and across the business
- Looking after clients’ experiences, making sure their journey runs smoothly
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the spa
- Booking and upselling treatments using our booking system
- Maintaining high standards in the spa (cleanliness, presentation, hygiene)
- Being responsible for your own wellbeing using the available tools that are provided
- Keeping product & treatment knowledge up to date
- Supporting stock control
Required Skills & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, including full-body massage.
- At least 1 year of practical work experience within a similar role and location performing body massages and facials.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments.
- Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa.
Training & Onboarding
The successful candidate will complete at least 10 days of onboarding at their assigned spa location. This period will allow learning about the brand and training.
Following onboarding, you will attend a 6‑week training course at the Lush Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset (Monday‑Friday). Travel expenses and accommodation will be covered.
