* Key Responsibilities
* * Deliver top-quality facials within the scope of practice and licensing, adhering to our high standards and protocols.
* Provide outstanding guest service, consistently following our guidelines and procedures.
* Educate clients on skincare products and recommend personalized at-home care routines.
* Stay updated on retail products and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
* Foster positive relationships with team members and contribute to team goals.
* Requirements
* * Education, Skills, and Training:*
* * Minimum of 2 years of experience required, with 3+ years preferred
* * Completion of at least 500 hours of skincare education, including required classroom work.
* Ongoing participation in continuing education to enhance effectiveness (preferred).
* Ability to pass a background check with satisfactory results.
* Compliance with local and state licensing laws and regulations.
* Proficiency in performing facials and following protocols.
* * Must hold a current Master Esthetician License in Washington State*.
* Communication and Personal Interactions:
* * Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
* Ability to communicate courteously and professionally with clients, colleagues, and management.
