About the Role
Inspo Hair is redefining the at-home hair color experience—and now, licensed cosmetologists can consult virtually from anywhere.
We’re hiring professional stylists to provide remote consultations to clients seeking expert color guidance.
No salon chair. No product costs. No booth fees.
This is not a sales job or affiliate role—you’ll give professional recommendations based on your training, and clients will purchase products using your guidance.
What You’ll Do
Meet with clients via Zoom for 10–30 minute consultations
Analyze their current hair and goals using intake forms + photos
Recommend salon-grade strategies and product links (via Amazon)
What You’ll Get

Earn 60% per consultation — typically $9 to $30 per session

Ideal Candidate
Licensed cosmetologist (any U.S. state)
5+ years of experience, with a focus on color correction
Strong knowledge of color theory + corrective strategies
Familiar with products sold on Amazon
Comfortable using Zoom and online forms
Reliable, professional, and excited to embrace a modern way to work
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $9.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
