Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in barbering techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, grooming services, and styling while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the salon.
Duties
Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services using various techniques including straight razor and hair styling.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with each service.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet salon goals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments using BOOKSY BIZ software.
Mentor junior barbers or apprentices, sharing knowledge and skills to foster their professional growth.
Experience
Proven experience in barbering with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Familiarity with straight razor techniques and various hair styling methods is essential.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Previous experience in upselling products or services is advantageous.

Pay: $806.00 – $1,000.00 per week
