Seeking talented and passionate Cosmetologist with a FULL CLIENTELE to join our dynamic team.
Located near affluent Bee Cave, we’re in the perfect are for a new stylist to grow. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in cosmetology services including styling, color services, and cuts. As a salon, we know how crucial continuing education is for the growth of our team and is provided.
This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients while providing exceptional beauty services. The Cosmetologist will also engage in retail sales and product demonstrations, enhancing the overall client experience. We believe in offering our stylists an opportunity for higher pay with a sliding scale commission for both services and retail meaning the more you make, the more you take home, plus tips.
Responsibilities
Provide a variety of beauty services including haircuts, styling, coloring, extensions, and treatments with the provided Davines product line.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health regulations.
Manage bookings as well as accepting walk-ins when available.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about available products.
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that suit clients’ needs.
Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.
Qualifications
Willing to work Tuesday through Saturday.
Valid cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
Proficiency in various cosmetology techniques.
Strong retail sales skills.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with clients.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Self-motivated.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
