The Onora Hair Company bases its’s pricing on a tier level system which means we have stylists at different price points based on their level of experience.
The Onora Hair Company was born out of an idea that every hair stylist professional deserves to have a work environment where they can feel safe, appreciated and are able to grow their own business into an empire.
The creator of The OHC believes that you should teach an employee well enough that they could go out on their own, but treat them even better so they don’t want to. That is the goal!
– Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs and preferences.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients and offering personalized recommendations.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking.
Sanitize tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations to ensure a clean environment.
Assist with front desk operations including greeting clients, answering phones, and managing payments.
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support salon goals.
– Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Knowledge of color theory and application techniques.
Familiarity with salon software for efficient appointment management.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in retail sales is preferred to enhance product recommendations.
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on sanitation and hygiene practices.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
