We are seeking Licensed Estheticians for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone offers high-quality, result-driven facial treatments, including the latest skincare advancements like LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.
Our Estheticians build treatment plans tailored to clients’ skincare goals, incorporating progressive treatment options. This role offers the opportunity to generate repeat business through our membership model.
Your expertise in skincare and product knowledge is vital to creating an outstanding customer experience. We handle appointment bookings and provide supplies, allowing you to focus on clients. Ongoing education is provided through our Education on Demand platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
Design and prescribe treatment plans based on client goals
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and webinars
Achieve sales goals set by spa management
Create a positive experience for members and guests through friendliness and helpfulness
Promote member referrals and memberships to generate new clientele
Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas
Job Requirements:
Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
Liability insurance coverage
Knowledge of spa services and product lines relevant to Estheticians
