Sapien Skin + Beauty is a Seattle-based luxury medical aesthetics studio dedicated to delivering thoughtful, science-driven skincare in an elevated and welcoming environment. We blend clinical precision with holistic lifestyle aesthetics to support long-term skin health and confidence.

The Role
Full-time, on-site Master Esthetician in Seattle, WA.
You’ll provide advanced skincare treatments and consultations while guiding clients through personalized treatment plans designed for long-term results.

Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Master Esthetician license required
- Experience with advanced treatments — facials, microneedling, chemical peels, corrective procedures
- Strong consultation and skin analysis skills
- 2+ years experience with lasers, IPL/BBL, or RF devices
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Commitment to ongoing education and industry advancements
