Potomac Dermatology and Skincare Center is a full-service dermatology practice located in the heart of Potomac Village. Our board-certified providers offer adult and pediatric dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and skin cancer surgery.
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Hydra Facial Specialist to join our team with a minimum of 2 years of experience. As a Hydra Facial Specialist, you will be responsible for performing Hydra Facial treatments and offering personalized skincare solutions to our valued clients. Your expertise and professionalism will contribute significantly to the overall satisfaction of our patients and the growth of our practice.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for skincare and a deep understanding of different skin types and conditions.
Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough skincare consultations with clients to assess their skin concerns and goals.
Customizing Hydra Facial treatments based on individual skin needs, ensuring each client receives tailored skincare solutions.
Administering Hydra Facial treatments in a safe, hygienic, and professional manner, following industry best practices.
Utilizing specialized tools and equipment to perform extractions, exfoliations, and hydration techniques.
Educating clients about proper skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Maintaining accurate records of client consultations, treatment plans, and progress.
Collaborating with the broader clinical team to create integrated skincare and beauty packages for clients.
Staying updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques through continuous education and training.
Ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of treatment rooms and equipment.
Providing exceptional customer service, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Requirements:
Active Maryland esthetics license
Proven experience as a Hydra Facial Specialist or in performing advanced skincare treatments.
In-depth knowledge of different skin types, conditions, and treatment options.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and engage clients effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Professionalism and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
