Position: Master Barber – Atlanta Midtown
Responsibilities:
As a Master Barber at Mobile Beauty Bar ATL, you will:
– Provide precision barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, and grooming.
– Execute tailored hairstyles and grooming services for various occasions.
– Adhere to company protocols to ensure excellent customer service.
– Attend appointments punctually, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellence.
– Collaborate with clients to understand their grooming preferences and offer expert advice.
– Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction.
– Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate new techniques into barbering services.
– Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
– Sterilize and maintain all tools and equipment to prevent the spread of infections.
– Keep the hair station and work area organized and tidy.
– Support a positive and cooperative team environment.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
– High school diploma and barber license.
– 3-5 years of barbering experience.
– Clear and effective verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in barbering techniques, including haircuts, beard trims, and grooming.
– Knowledge of grooming products and trends.
– Ability to adapt and create hairstyles based on client preferences.
– Reliable transportation.

Location and Schedule:
This is a part-time role that will lead to a full-time, weekday position with travel to and from the Atlanta Midtown area. The role reports to the Beauty Expert Leader.
