Overview:
Join our team as a Hair Colorist or Hair Stylist at our vibrant full service salon & spa where creativity and passion for beauty thrive. We are seeking a skilled individual with expertise in various hair services to provide exceptional styling experiences to our clients.
Duties:
– Perform hair consultations to determine clients’ needs and preferences
– Provide hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
– Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques
– Recommend hair care products to clients for at-home maintenance
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools
– Uphold salon standards for customer service and professionalism
Experience:
– Must have a valid cosmetology license
– Proficiency in a variety of hair services such as hair coloring, highlighrts, balayage. If you have experience in hair extensions, hair braiding will be a plus.
– If you have waxing experience that would also be a big plus.
– Eyenrow threading, waxing or facials or barbering not requried but will be a big plus
– Experience with retail sales of hair care products
– Familiarity with salon software for scheduling and client management is a plus
– Knowledge of retail math for product inventory management
– Previous experience in store management or front desk operations is advantageous
