Job Responsibilities
Perform Lash Kind’s signature brow and lash services at the highest level, being sure to keep the guests lash and brow health in mind
Deliver exceptional customer service
Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades and membership sign-ups
Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities
Work collaboratively and support your teammates
Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace
Perform other store-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
An up-to-date cosmetology license for Texas
One year of lash extension experience
The ability to work weekends
A passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great
