Duties
Provide a range of beauty services including hair styling, hair threading, nail care, and eyelash extensions.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness by sanitizing tools and workstations before and after each service.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for services and products.
Utilize salon software to manage appointments, track client preferences, and maintain accurate records.
Assist in retail sales by promoting products that enhance the client’s beauty routine.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and a positive work environment.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and beauty treatments to offer innovative services.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hair styling, with skills in hair threading and eyelash extensions preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in retail sales is a plus to effectively promote salon products.
Knowledge of barbering techniques is an advantage for diverse clientele needs.
