The Position

Schedule

Saturday-Monday, 6am to 6:30pm

Flexibility to stay after hours to ensure trucks are loaded for delivery

In this role you will:

Provide pallets of inventory to our packing stations

Accurately organize shipments by carrier

Wrap orders and place them on trucks for delivery

Additional responsibilities may include loading/unloading, picking, packing, putaway and replenishment as well as the use of hand-operated equipment.

Perform all job tasks assigned by the leadership staff to achieve daily productivity.

Cross-train and rotate through different departments, as necessary, to meet the demands of the business.

Promote a culture of respect and an atmosphere of teamwork in order to foster a positive working environment.

Operate scanners/computers related to warehouse operations

Stand/walk 10- 12 hours a day

Move product, supplies and/or boxes repetitively; move and/or lift 50 lbs.

Adhere to company safety guidelines to prevent personal injury and product and facility damage.

Skills:

Must work effectively as a team member

Great communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizational skills

Basic math skills

High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred

English language skills (written and verbal) preferred

Bilingual in Spanish a plus
