Key Responsibilities:
✅ Implement Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, Standard Work, Kanban)
✅ Lead improvement projects across factories
✅ Conduct time studies, mapping, and KPI tracking
✅ Mentor and guide factory teams
Ideal Candidate:
🔸 Strong Lean experience (Green Belt preferred)
🔸 7+ years in garment manufacturing
🔸 Strong leadership & analytical mindset
